FAULT CODE DESCRIPTION

Each fault code consists of four (4) digits. The function of each digit is described in Table 1 below.

1D21 Temperature above 950° F and door locked ……………..(single cavity or upper oven) Ohm oven sensor and harness. Verify proper connection. If ok, repair Electronic Range Control (ERC).

1D22 Temperature above 950° F and door locked ……………..(lower oven) Ohm oven sensor and harness. Verify proper connection. If ok, repair Electronic Range Control (ERC)

3D11 Sensor open …………………………………………………………(single oven or upper oven) Ohm oven sensor and harness. Verify proper connection.

3D41 Meat probe shorted………………………………………………..(single cavity or upper oven) Ohm meat probe and check for shorted harness. If ok, repair Electronic Range Control (ERC).

3D51 Meat probe not calibrated ……………………………………….(single cavity or upper oven) Repair Electronic Range Control (ERC)

4D11 Door switch position error, opened when latch locked (single cavity or upper oven) Check door switch and ohm door switch wiring.

4D12 Door switch position error, opened when latch locked (lower oven) Check door switch and ohm door switch wiring.

4D21 No/low cooling fan rotation (no RPM)……………………….(single cavity or upper oven) Check connection at cooling fan. If ok, replace blower. DO NOT REPLACE ELECTRONIC RANGE CONTROL (ERC).

4D22 No/low cooling fan rotation (no RPM)……………………….(lower oven) Check connection at cooling fan. If ok, replace blower. DO NOT ELECTRONIC RANGE CONTROL (ERC).

4D31 Cooling fan state error (states on when fan off) …………(single cavity or upper oven) Check all fan connections. If ok, Repair Electronic Range Control (ERC)

4D32 Cooling fan state error (states on when fan off) …………(lower oven) Check all fan connections. If ok, Repair Electronic Range Control (ERC)

4D41 Cooling fan rotation over speed……………………………….(single cavity or upper oven) Check all fan connections and check for airflow restrictions. If ok, replace cooling fan.

4D42 Cooling fan rotation over speed……………………………….(lower oven) Check all fan connections and check for airflow restrictions. If ok, replace cooling fan.

4D51 Door switch circuit failure………………………………………..(single cavity or upper oven) Check connections and wiring.

4D52 Door switch failure (lower oven) ……………………………… Check connections and wiring.

9D11 Latch will not lock…………………………………………………..(single cavity or upper oven) Check door lock connections. If ok, replace door lock assembly.
